Lila Delman Real Estate Sells Bonnet Shores Property at a Historic Price

This is the highest sale in Bonnet Shores history by over 50%of the previous record. Lila Delman Real Estate was both the listing and selling company. President Melanie Delman and Realtors® Robin Nicholson and Ruth Bellino represented the seller. Additionally, Lila Delman Real Estate has sold two of the three highest sales ever in the Bonnet Shores community during 2010. “We are starting to see some confidence in the luxury segment as evidenced by these transactions in Bonnet Shores and the sales we are conducting in additional luxury markets during the 2010 calendar year”, said John Hodnett, Principal Broker of Lila Delman Real Estate.
